Returns / Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order please do so within 7 days of reciept, the customer is responsible for return postage costs and the item must be adequatley packaged and the item returned in a saleable condition , unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on live items such as seeds.

All payments are done under SSL 3.0 with 128 bit encryption. When ordering you should notice a symbol of a padlock appear in the bottom left hand corner of your browser.

On the otherhand it's alot easier for a hacker to steal information from you, if your computer has a Trojan Horse installed on it (a program that monitors your activities) a hacker can watch you type in your details. But there is an easy way to combat this!

- An Antispyware program AVG AntiSpyware Free editon
